Semester 1 of the IGENSIA RH MBA lays the essential foundations for Human Resources Management on an international scale. It allows students to acquire a comprehensive, strategic, and operational vision of HR, integrating legal, social, economic, cultural, and human dimensions within a context of globalization and accelerated organizational transformation.

  • This MBA program trains HR experts capable of designing, implementing, and managing international HR policies. It combines HR strategy, intercultural leadership, international labor law, CSR, HR data, and HRIS with a strong operational focus. The program prepares students for senior roles (International HR Business Partner, Global HR Manager, Talent Manager, HR Consultant) in complex and multicultural environments.
